A Fine art theoretic approach to the legendary photo base artwork of Jeff Wall. The Vancouver School here in the title become a hint of my family’s new location and the background of my art practice, alongside recent interests. As newcomers, regardless of where we settle and regardless of improvements in our living conditions, many habits from the past persist, even when there are no obvious clues.
