This is a reproduction of ironical scene of former UK PM Margaret Thatcher accidentally felt down while descending the staircase at The People’s Hall in Beijing after the inaugural negotiation of Hongkong’s future with Deng Xiaoping, the supreme leader of China in 1982. A slow motion and low position angle can clearly see the face of scaring while she’s falling.
